The New Leaf House provides a specialized long‑term care home in Vancouver for children 12 years old and under, offering life‑skills training, recreation, and culturally aware, trauma‑informed care.

In Your Role You Will

• Participate in assessing, setting goals, and planning individual program plans and personal service plans for clients.
• Provide life‑skills training and assist clients with activities of daily living, including feeding, transfers, hygiene, and medical tasks such as gastrostomy and tracheostomy management.
• Engage in client‑focused activities in accordance with care plans and maintain client safety, reporting any aggressive behavior or emergencies.
