Residence Area Coordinator

The Residence Area Coordinator in the department of Residence, Food and Conference Services is responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging residence community that supports student success and well-being. Reporting to the Director of Residence Services, the RAC provides leadership in student development, staff supervision, community standards, programming, crisis response, and residence administration. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and community partners to create a positive residence experience that promotes academic achievement, personal growth, and community engagement.
