About the Role
The Reservations Manager will lead and elevate our Health Journey & Reservations Advisors, blending team leadership with commercial performance to maximize revenue through disciplined follow-up and consultative selling. Reporting into the Global Contact Center Manager and Operations Manager at SHA Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and coaching responsibilities: The manager leads and trains a senior, multilingual Reservations team, ensuring premium service standards, implementing training and quality plans, and handling VIP requests and conflict resolution.
