1.Convert direct inquiries, OTA bookings, and walk-in guests into confirmed reservations through effective follow-up.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and travel agents.
3.Respond to all customer inquiries promptly (within one hour where possible) and prepare professional quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations.
4.Deliver outstanding guest service by managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests while coordinating effectively with all lodge departments.
5.Promote and upsell lodge products and services to maximize revenue.
6.Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts, and ensure billing accuracy.
7.Prepare daily occupancy, reservation, and revenue reports.
