JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Associate who applies strong critical-thinking skills to manage bookings, follow through and coordinate with the sales team, and ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete. This role requires someone who is highly organized, systematic, and able to process information carefully.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and process reservation requests based on instructions from the Sales Person.
Coordinate with lodges to confirm room availability, rates, special requests, and booking conditions.
Cross-check all booking details, including dates, rates, guest information, and payment instructions, to ensure accuracy before confirmation.
Maintain and update reservation records, trackers, documents, and reports.
