Reservations Agent (Tepic)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reservations Agent to join the team at our ultra-luxury Resort, One&Only; Mandarina, in Riviera Nayarit, México.

Collaborate directly and professionally with all the assigned responsibilities for his/her development in the reservations department, the goal is to guarantee the full satisfaction of our guests.

• Answer phone calls according to the company's established Telephone Etiquette standards, with the purpose of concluding the sale by offering the Resort's services and ensuring the complete satisfaction of our guests.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the different types of rooms, suites, and villas offered by the Resort.
• Be familiar with the Resort's services, as well as the main features of each.
• Be familiar with the different rates and seasons that the Resort has within its rate structure.
