Responsibilities

• Manage guests’ reservations, ensuring their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
• Provide details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
• Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest’s stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel is desired but not essential.
