Purpose of Position
O’TWO Hotels is looking for a commercially aware and guest-focused Reservations Agent to manage booking enquiries, reservations, guest profiles and pre-arrival communication across Terra by O’TWO and Mar by O’TWO. This role blends accuracy, warmth and selling confidence to reserve each guest’s chosen world with care.
Key responsibilities
Handle reservations by phone, email, website, OTA, travel partner and direct channels.
Create, modify and manage reservations accurately in Protel, including guest profiles, traces and preferences.
Understand room categories, rates, packages, policies, inclusions and hotel facilities.
Convert enquiries into bookings while protecting rate integrity and revenue strategy.
