Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle room reservations via phone, email, online channels, and walk-ins using OPERA Cloud PMS
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in OPERA Cloud
- Provide guests with information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel policies
- Ensure accuracy of guest details, billing instructions, and special requests
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams regarding room availability and group bookings
- Upsell rooms, promotions, and hotel services to maximize revenue
- Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions, blackout dates, and inventory controls
