KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all room reservations across direct, OTA, and corporate channels, ensuring accuracy in the PMS.
- Handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Ensure correct guest details, billing instructions, payment guarantees, and rate accuracy for every booking.
