We are now looking for a Research Scientist with expertise in Photodetector Technology.
You should be dedicated and self-motivated, proactive and creative.
Ph.D in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Solid knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes
Experience in design and development of photodetectors based on silicon, germanium, or other semiconductor materials
Experience in semiconductor device and process simulation tools (TCAD)
