Overview

CICA – Interdisciplinary Centre for Chemistry and Biology (CICA) is part of the UDC, accredited 2024 as a Research Centre within the Galician University System. It has 30 affiliated research groups focusing on Biomedicine, Food Pollution and Health, and Nanoscience and Advanced Materials. The role involves strengthening the centre’s R&D management and support structure.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing the centre’s communication strategy; coordinating scientific outreach and citizen science initiatives; managing communications with the media and digital channels; developing institutional materials and content; coordinating institutional relations and the centre’s promotional activities; providing direct support to the CICA management team in defining and implementing communication and institutional outreach initiatives.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00.
