Job Overview

The High-Performance Embedded Systems (HPES) laboratory at BSC-CNS focuses on enabling adoption of hardware, software, and AI HPC solutions in embedded systems with criticality. The role involves researching and developing probabilistic Worst-Case Execution Time (pWCET) models for real‑time AI‑based frameworks as part of European and bilateral projects.

Key Duties

• Contribute to research of probabilistic WCET for AI‑based control applications in real‑time edge devices.
• Develop state‑of‑the‑art statistical techniques and tools to enable trustworthy pWCET on complex high‑performance hardware in critical systems for software specification, design, implementation, verification and validation, including deep learning software.
