Position Overview

Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of New Brunswick. Full-time 1 year term, hybrid location in Fredericton. Salary range $59,102 - $76,838 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop target trajectory estimation and interception for missile defence problem.
• Research state of the art, develop prototype applications and evaluate performance in simulated missile defence environments.
• Develop and implement mathematical and computational models of physical or engineering systems using Python, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Model high-fidelity vehicle dynamics and control systems for hypersonic glide vehicles and embedded test platforms.
• Simulate results with real-time systems and custom PCBs using FreeRTOS and C for sensor and actuator control.
