This role is responsible for executing product performance testing, analyzing results, and collaborating with engineering teams to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting To: Manager, PRCN
Responsibilities
- Set up and execute performance tests for HVAC products
- Analyze test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability
- Support project engineering teams with data interpretation and field support testing
- Generate and maintain catalogue performance data
- Troubleshoot testing anomalies and recommend corrective actions
