Responsibilities
- Contribute to discussion guides and study design for listening loops with youth cohorts
- Support listening sessions, build Miro boards, and manage interview/focus group logistics
- Conduct qualitative coding in Atlas.ti to surface patterns and representative quotes
- Conduct literature scans and prepare summaries of relevant findings
- Maintain IRB documentation, consent/assent logistics, and CITI training compliance
- Manage the data pipeline including recordings, transcription, and de-identification
- Maintain Qualtrics survey instruments and automated workflows
- Manage research tooling including Qualtrics, Calendly, and Atlas.ti
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in developmental psychology, human development, education, sociology, or related field
