Role Description
- Conduct daily tasting and QA for all products produced with documented results
- Run tasting sessions to evaluate product pairings and applications (milk, water, sweeteners, etc.)
- Collaborate with cafes through site visits to develop recipes for various applications
- Develop custom matcha blends based on client requirements (taste, cost, use-case)
- Work closely with production to ensure product consistency and quality
- Support troubleshooting and recipe optimization for client formulations & use-cases
Qualifications
- Prior experience in café, bar, or R&D environments is a plus
- Strong interest in the coffee and matcha space
- Deep interest in beverage development, formulation methods and the F&B industry
