Our client, a leading SaaS provider, is looking for an R&D Manager . The manager is responsible for leading the R&D engineering teams delivering a web user interface and mobile applications. The role provides people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical oversight across customer-facing front-end products, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions aligned with product and business priorities.

• Proven experience in an Engineering Manager, R&D Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading distributed or international software engineering teams.
• Experience delivering customer-facing applications in a multi-team environment.
