Research Analyst I (Winnipeg)

Position Summary

The Research Analyst I will support an SSHRC‑funded knowledge synthesis examining ecological determinants, digital sustainability, and artists’ health. Working within the Artists’ Health Centre at UHN, the analyst will contribute to literature screening, advanced data organization, qualitative analysis, and supporting policy‑relevant outputs. The analyst will have the opportunity to contribute to the advanced stages of data analysis and manuscript drafting.

Duties

• Conduct full-text screening and data extraction
• Perform qualitative coding and thematic analysis
• Support realist‑informed (CMO) synthesis
• Contribute to drafting synthesis reports and academic outputs
• Assist in development of policy briefs and knowledge mobilization materials
• Support coordination of stakeholder engagement activities
