THE MANDATE: This role is for a "Structured Thinker." You will act as the bridge between executive vision and ground-level execution. This isn't just about high-level decks; it’s about Data-Driven Execution. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks in supply chain, retail operations, or customer experience and building the systems to fix them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning: Act as a right-hand to leadership in defining where Theobroma goes next—be it new city entries, product line extensions, or digital transformation.

Cross-Functional Program Management: Lead complex projects that involve Kitchens, Logistics, Retail Staff, and Marketing. You are the "glue" that keeps these initiatives moving on time.
