The purpose of this Request for Proposal (the RFP '') is to solicit proposals from bidders intereste in providing consultancy services for assessing the current Taxonomy (prepared by ICAP for non-specialized listed companies) and its applicability and extension to cover all other classes of companies or IFRS compliant universal Taxonomy covering all classes of companies in terms of its suitability and efficacy, aligning it with Global IFRS standards, and localizing it as per local laws, rules and regulations for future XBRL implementation at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
