Location & Conditions

This is an on‑site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. Relocation expenses are not covered. A minimum B2 level of English is required.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
  • Verify policy information accurately
  • Collect and document claim details in the client’s claims management system
  • Initiate the claims process and provide confirmation to customers
  • Handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and give status updates on open claims
Requirements
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Professional CV in English
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills focused on quality
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
