Reports Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CDA Operational Analytics team
• Establish team KPIs and ensure they are met consistently
• Plan and execute operations activities (UAM, BCP, etc.) as planned
• Perform infrastructure capacity planning; anticipate issues and implement fixes
• Ensure successful distribution of reports, data files, etc. via email and SFTP, and maintain the distribution list
• Manage and monitor reports and automation workflows, ensuring job uptime and optimum performance
• Create intuitive alerts for issue detection and prevention
• Monitor reports and automation workflow infrastructure health on a regular basis
• Perform reports and automation workflow infrastructure capacity planning, and seek approval as required (expansion/reduction of resources, new storage, etc.)
• Attend urgent report‑operations calls during business hours and occasionally outside hours
