You Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Lead and manage CDA Operational Analytics team
- Establish team KPIs and ensure they’re met consistently
- Plan and execute operations activities (UAM, BCP, etc.) as planned
- Perform infrastructure capacity planning; anticipate issues and implement fixes
- Ensure successful distribution of reports, data files, etc. via email and sftp, and maintenance of distribution list
- Manage and monitor reports and automation workflows, and ensure job uptime and optimum performance
- Create intuitive alerts for issue detection and prevention
- Monitor reports and automation workflow infrastructure health on a regular basis
- Perform reports and automation workflow infrastructure capacity planning, and seek approval as required (expansion/reduction of resources, new storage, etc.)
