Reporting Sr. Analyst (Xico)

The Reporting Sr Analyst supports the Global Procurement team by managing the collection, analysis, and publication of data and relevant documents for assigned categories. The role communicates with procurement teams and users in markets to ensure data relevance, identifies improvement opportunities, and drives efficiency.

• Ensure accurate and timely local/global operational reports, statistics, analyses, and presentations by monitoring requested information sources.
• Work with internal and external clients to supplement captured data and make reports complete and useful.
• Define procedures to analyze data and reports, and recommend improvements to reports, management tools, processes, data collection, and report design.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and the Global Procurement team to identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting efficiencies, and align work plans.
