Reporting Financial Analyst at Recognized REIT

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly financial reports and quarterly statements
• Ensure precise journal entries and revenue recognition standards
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with MD&A disclosures
• Conduct variance and trend analysis as required
• Support the external audit process and advise the finance team
Requirements:
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business
• Minimum 3 years of financial reporting experience, including 2+ years in Big 4
