Reporting and Analysis Lead

About the Opportunity

- Lead and support a small accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial processes. - Monitor month-end close and escalate delays or issues. - Review and post accounting entries, reconciliations, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany transfers, including complex accounts. - Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, audit schedules, and ad hoc analyses. - Coordinate external audits, respond to auditor requests, and review required documentation. - Analyze and resolve financial system discrepancies and reporting issues. - Maintain accounting templates, procedures, controls, and process improvements. - Support staff and volunteers with finance-related inquiries and guidance. - Collaborate with departments and external IT partners to ensure effective financial processes and system accuracy. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including equity, inclusivity, and customer service standards. - Provide ongoing administrative support...
