Reporting & Analysis Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reporting & analysis processes
  • Establish and maintain new client reporting process and handover
  • Establish and maintain reporting & analysis processes
  • Footfall, Sales, Capture/Conversion, Benchmarking, WiFi, Demographics, and occupancy data handling
• Ensure data is fit for purpose and of high accuracy
  • Ensure calculations return the desired outcome
  • Determine the best method of data delivery (online, PDF, API, Power BI, etc.)
  • Deliver data in a timely manner and pursue reporting improvements
  • Automate reporting where possible
• Identify opportunities to generate revenue from additional reporting & analysis
• Conduct regular data quality checks to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
