Job Title: Repairs Scheduler
Job Type: Permanent Full time 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minute break - Office based
Location: King's Lynn
Rate of pay: Up to £28,000 per annum DOE
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established contractor specialising in social housing repairs and maintenance, who are looking to appoint an experienced Repairs Scheduler/Planner to join their growing team.
This is a busy and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and has previous experience within social housing, maintenance or repairs coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy repairs desk, handling both inbound and outbound calls with tenants, operatives, subcontractors and clients to ensure repairs are scheduled and completed efficiently within agreed timescales.
