Hunters’ client is seeking an organised and proactive Repairs Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a busy and varied role, based just outside of Chichester.
Repairs Coordinator – The Role:
- Schedule repairs and maintenance works for operatives and subcontractors
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries from clients, residents, and contractors
- Coordinate diaries, appointments, and job allocations
- Monitor jobs through to completion, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and job updates on internal systems
Repairs Coordinator – The Fit:
- Previous experience in a Planner, Scheduler, Service Coordinator, or similar role
