Job Objective
To test, repair, modify, and recertify IFE equipment in accordance with applicable regulation (GCAA/EASA/UK CAA)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to component level in accordance with GCAA/EASA regulations and company Inspections Procedures Manual.
- Modify equipment based on OEM service bulletin and manufacturer documentation (CMM IPC).
- Complete quality and production paperwork, prepare estimates and maintain maintenance documentation in accordance with current quality assurance requirements.
- Communicate with Team Leader, Customer Service, Quality and Supply Chain Group as required to support repair process.
- Participate in Technician cross training.
- Ensure any tooling used is duly cleaned and returned in serviceable condition or clearly labeled if defective....
