Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close repair and modernization sales opportunities within assigned portfolio/accounts
- Proactively manage Otis installed base to generate repair leads and upsell opportunities
- Achieve sales targets for revenue, margin, and order bookings
- Build long-term relationships with building owners, property managers, and consultants
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for repair and upgrade works
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure feasibility and pricing accuracy
- Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout delivery
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in: Elevator/escalator industry, Building services, construction, or M&E sectors
