Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, the SMT Process Engineer will supervise critical SMT processes, ensure the correct execution of production plans, and lead the technical team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement objectives.Typical DaySupervise technical activities in SMT processes and coordinate the team.Develop and optimize programs for DEK, SPI, Camalot, and Press Fit equipment.Analyze and validate stencils; perform SPI debug and P&P failure analysis.Develop reflow profiles and instrument profiling boards.Create procedures, visual aids, and technical presentations.Perform capacity calculations, station rates, and identify process bottlenecks.Document and implement continuous improvement actions and Kaizen events.Troubleshoot PCB Assembly process issues.Participate in daily production activities and solve daily issues efficiently.QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.Experi...
