Repair Operations Intern

We are looking for a Repair Centre Intern to oversee repair centre operations in APAC and handle RMA receiving. You will work cross‑functional teams to follow procedures, answer inquiries, provide feedback on recurring issues, causes of escalations, and offer remedies to improve the function.

• Receive and troubleshoot Razer products from customers requesting RMA.
• Perform hands‑on testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of returned RMA units under the guidance of Repair Center Specialists.
• Support spare‑part inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and fulfillment activities across Asia Pacific.
• Assist with inter‑repair‑center communications regarding stock availability updates and shipment coordination for outstanding spare‑part RMAs.
