Job Description

• Complete instrument parts research, ordering, receiving, and follow up
• Complete a variety of internal reports (including, but not limited to, monthly billing reports, regional projections reports, etc.)
• Communicate with staff at other locations on repair queries
• Answer incoming phone calls from staff and customers
• Assist with shipping and receiving of instruments to/from store locations for servicing
• Assist with the management of repair department inventory
• Coordinate with repair technicians to ensure that repairs are completed and followed up on in a timely manner
• Keep workspaces clean and organized
