Responsibilities
- Primary interface of onsemi to external customers, and vice versa.
- This person has the responsibility to process customers' orders, and coordinate with various functional groups within onsemi to ensure customers' requests are handled properly and in a timely manner.
- Independently answers correspondences, requests, and handles complaints and product returns.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 or 5 year college degree with high relations to business management and/or any related engineering field.
- Knowledge on order management and basic semiconductor process and terminologies are advantages.
- This person must be able to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, respond timely and accurately to customer inquiries.
- Background on problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
