**JOB SUMMARY**
The Lease Administrator plays a crucial role in the efficient and accurate management of lease agreements, with a primary focus on all aspects of rent management. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate rent payments, rent collection, processing rent adjustments, maintain rent-related records, and serve as a key point of contact for landlords, subtenants, and internal stakeholders regarding rent inquiries.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
