Rental Space Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell rental spaces to prospective clients by showcasing facilities, explaining terms, and tailoring offerings to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, track leads, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of transactions and agreements.
