:This role ensures orders, contracts, purchases and invoices are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining excellent communication with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Rental and Used Equipment orders from initial deal to invoicing and GP washout
Liaise with sales teams, managers and central teams to manage contracts, deal sheets and delivery timelines
Process equipment purchases and maintain accurate records on databases and related systems
Raise accurate rental and sales invoices, ensuring correct costs, margins and accounting periods
Manage general rental administration including on/off hire, quotations, machine releases and asset records
Record warranties, organise safety certificates and licences, and carry out HPI checks
