Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the activities of residential restoration and renovating projects from start to finish.
- Evaluate damage scope and prepare accurate bids and estimates for home construction or renovation projects using proprietary software.
- Consult with customers, insurance adjusters, and engineers regarding restoration plans, specifications, and project approvals.
- Select, hire, and supervise trade subcontractors to perform specialized work (e.g., plumbing, heating, electrical, drywall) during the reconstruction phase.
