Renewal & Growth Specialist (SaaS & CRM)

TP in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Renewal Sales Specialist to manage existing customer accounts, drive contract renewals, and strengthen customer relationships. This role involves understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, experience in sales or account management, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary up to 6500 RM and works normal office hours from 9 am to 6 pm.
