About the job
This is a very senior HSSE leadership role overseeing multiple construction sites across the Philippines, with a primary focus on onshore wind, alongside solar and BESS assets. The position serves as the technical HSSE authority for project execution, with a strong emphasis on heavy lifting, rigging, and installation of large infrastructure components (1,000–1,200 MT). Given the seniority, compensation will be high and aligned with the responsibility of managing critical risk across several major projects.
APAC experience (beyond India alone) is a must-have, and direct onshore wind lifting and rigging experience is also mandatory.
