Remote Workday HCM & Talent Solutions Consultant

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to support configuration and enhancements across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning. This role involves partnering closely with HR and Talent teams to create scalable Workday solutions while ensuring data integrity and process consistency.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5+ years of Workday functional experience, particularly in configuration and business processes, and must possess strong analytical and communication skills. The position is fully remote, available to anyone in Mexico.
