Design Manager – Water and Wastewater Project Delivery
Join our dynamic Water Solutions team as a Design Manager based in our rapidly growing England & Wales offices, with the benefit of our flexible hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment projects, managing multi‑disciplinary technical teams to deliver value added solutions throughout the design lifecycle.
- Oversee key packages of work from conception to handover, interfacing with client teams, suppliers and internal AECOM teams to create a seamless technical solution.
- Collaborate closely with clients and AECOM partners to secure stakeholder buy‑in to solutions and contribute to AECOM's wider technical capability and innovative approach.
- Perform line manager duties, support the development of junior team members, manage their input to projects and mentor them.
