Remote VP, Commercial Strategy – CALA Hotels

Hotel Equities is seeking a VP of Commercial Strategy, Caribbean & Latin America. This remote leadership role is based in Mexico or the Dominican Republic and reports to corporate leadership.

You will drive topline performance across CALA, align brand and distribution, oversee Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and E‑Commerce, and mentor the regional commercial team.

The role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
