Remote Vet Onboarding & Implementation Lead

PetDesk is looking for an Implementation Manager to enhance client communications for veterinary clinics. This 100% remote position entails onboarding new customers to our software and ensuring a seamless transition while fostering strong relationships.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a consultative approach, exceptional attention to detail, and fluency in English. Responsibilities will include conducting training sessions and comprehending unique client requirements.

This role requires alignment with North American business hours and is available to candidates in Latin America.
