Remote VA Team Lead | Coach & Client Success

Magic is seeking a VA Team Lead to supervise 15–20 virtual assistants and serve as the bridge between clients and EA teams. You will coach, guide performance, and shape a high‑performing, client‑facing group.

This role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑ paced, remote environment across Asia and US time zones. Prior VA/EA leadership is preferred, with a track record of reducing escalations and building development plans.
