Sourcefit is looking for a dedicated Tier 1 Service Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support. This remote role requires addressing client issues promptly through inbound calls and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years in technical support, with strong communication skills and experience in Microsoft 365 administration. A+ and Network+ certifications are advantageous. Working hours are Mon - Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
