Remote Technical Recruiter for Senior Developer Talent

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for senior developers and other technical roles. This remote position focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across our brands.

You will own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder collaboration, while helping refine job descriptions and recruitment processes to scale our development teams.
