LatamCent is looking for a Talent Partner to manage recruitment efforts in a fully remote capacity. You will handle the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing and interviewing candidates while collaborating closely with U.S.-based hiring managers.

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience specifically in recruitment for technical roles, be fluent in English, and have the flexibility to work hours that accommodate different time zones.
